After a cold start to the day, it was all set right with chats with our fellow club members and festive treats to finish.
"Wow, what an amazing Coach Tom is.
He arrived at the club at 6pm and left at 10:30pm. That's a lot of extra time to have given us. His advice was very, very good, and there was no question too big for him. His experience, knowledge , and passion stands out a mile." We look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
A night where the money raised from the annual Didcot Runners Didcot Five Mile Race and Fun Run is officially presented to the chosen charities.
This year's efforts meant a total of £1500 each for the two local charities was able to be gifted.

Congratulations to all the beginners that started their journey Sept 2017. It is a real joy to train with them, some not being able to run 100 metres and some that wanted to get back into running with a friendly group of like minded people.
Parkrun saw a great turn out from the runners aswell as Didcot Runners helpers, all encouraging them to the finish line.
Theresa will be running an Improvers group on Tuesdays which will bring the runners from 5km to 10km with a 10km race at the end, sometime in February. Ian will be running intervals on a Thursday to offer confidence to the group. There are of course the usual main group that they can get involved in.
Well done to everyone. You are all amazing.
Christmas meal and disco.
This is your chance to celebrate christmas with your fellow runners and look back on a great year for the club. We can enjoy a festive 3 course meal followed by a disco. We can all run, but can we dance...? We'll find out on the dance floor.
